New Patients

New to the office of Dr. Dr. Nguyen? Just bring a copy of any medications and their dosages to your first appointment and we’ll take it from there. We’ll also ask about your dental history to learn about any past procedures and discover the best ways to maintain your smile.

Insurances We Accept

As a courtesy to our patients with insurance, we are happy to submit insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card and benefit booklet (if available) to your first appointment. We will estimate your co-payment as closely as possible by confirming your benefits with your insurance company. Payment/co-payment is due at the time of treatment (you are responsible for the portion not covered by your insurance). Any estimate given is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance. We encourage patients to know and understand their dental plan. All services provided are the responsibility of the patient regardless of insurance.

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining an exceptional level of care, we ask that you take care of your fees at the time of treatment.
